The wait is over as the renowned Pizza Studio Tamaki (PST) from Tokyo is set to open its first Singapore outlet on June 10, 2025, at 38 Tanjong Pagar Road.
Founded by the esteemed pizzaiolo Tsubasa Tamaki in 2017, PST has garnered international acclaim for its Tokyo-style Neapolitan pizzas. The Singapore branch will be helmed by Chef Ryosuke Tanahara, who trained under Tamaki for three years, ensuring the same dedication to quality and authenticity.
What sets PST apart is its meticulous dough preparation. Using a unique blend of Japanese and American flours, the dough undergoes a 30-hour fermentation process, resulting in a light, chewy crust with a puffy rim and thin center. Baked in a traditional wood-fired oven, each pizza boasts a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
PST’s menu offers a variety of 12-inch pizzas, with prices ranging from S$22 to S$34. Signature options include:
PST Singapore will operate daily, with opening hours from 11 AM to 3 PM and 5 PM to 11 PM on weekdays, and extending to midnight on weekends. Given the buzz surrounding its opening, reservations are highly recommended.
