Bon Broth has opened in Singapore, bringing a fresh perspective to the hotpot scene. The name says it all—‘bon’ from the French word for ‘good’ and ‘broth’, the soul of every hotpot meal. It’s a unique fusion of French and Asian culinary traditions.
This new dining concept is the brainchild of acclaimed Asian chef André Chiang, known for his innovative approach to food. At Bon Broth, the focus is on elevating hotpot with precision and creativity. The restaurant offers a selection of eight specially crafted broths, including bold options like Sichuan Green Pepper, Satay, and Mala. Each broth is designed to enhance the flavours of high-quality ingredients, making every meal an experience to remember.
The space itself is designed to bring together the sophistication of French fine dining with the warmth and communal spirit of Chinese hotpot culture. With only 40 seats, the setting is intimate yet social, perfect for small gatherings and meaningful conversations over a shared meal.
One of the standout features is the Tasting Cards from the broth bar. These interactive keepsakes let diners track and explore the different broths they try, adding a personal touch to the experience.
Bon Broth is now open at North Bridge Rd #03-01. Whether you’re a hotpot enthusiast or just curious to try something new, this spot is worth a visit.
