The Chef

Andrew Walsh, originally from County Mayo, Ireland, rose through Michelin-starred kitchens worldwide to establish Cure in Singapore in 2015, a revered modern European restaurant. His accomplishments include a Michelin star and a place on The World’s 50 Best Discovery list, alongside his role as a Culinary Collaborator at Straits Clan.
