Chef-Led Dining Highlights
Le Du Kaan

As Bangkok’s first rooftop Thai restaurant, Le Du Kaan blends modern Thai cuisine with an immersive dining narrative. The restaurant showcases fresh, locally sourced ingredients from Thai farmers and fishermen, with an emphasis on connecting diners to the country’s rich landscape and culture. Divided into multiple dining zones, Le Du Kaan features a casual restaurant space, a stylish indoor bar, and a vast outdoor terrace.

Speaking about the project, Chef Ton noted that the restaurant seats about 280 guests, with more than half enjoying views from the terrace. “We didn’t want to replicate Le Du in name or menu,” said Chef Ton, adding that Le Du Kaan retains the same philosophy but offers its own distinct identity. Dishes are divided into snacks, appetisers, mains, and desserts, with prices starting from B290++.

K by Vicky Cheng

This marks the first international venture for Chef Vicky Cheng, known for his creative fusion of Chinese cuisine and French techniques. At K by Vicky Cheng, the concept is built around the 24 solar terms from ancient Chinese wisdom, with seasonal ingredients driving the menu’s direction.

Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo

Renowned for his contemporary take on classic Italian dishes, Chef Paulo Airaudo brings his signature flair to Bangkok with Sartoria. The restaurant offers a menu that emphasises locally sourced seasonal ingredients and features an open kitchen, allowing diners to observe the culinary process.

EA Rooftop promises to be a destination that pushes the boundaries of Bangkok’s dining scene, offering a variety of unique concepts within one expansive space. EA Rooftop at The Empire is located at 168 Sathon Road.
