Drew Nocente has been a familiar name in Singapore’s restaurant scene, having led the eco-friendly “Salted & Hung” eatery for the past 6 years. Growing up on an Australian farm, Drew’s deep respect for ingredients and sustainable cooking, influenced by his father’s hands-on farming, shapes his vision for Cenzo.
