Chef Daniel Chavez has an illustrious career spanning over two decades, during which he has worked in some of the world’s finest F&B establishments. His professional journey included time at the Michelin-starred La Sucursal in Valencia and El Raco de Can Fabes in Barcelona. In Singapore, he further honed his craft under Chef Gunther Hubrechsen at Les Amis, then later served as the Executive Chef at Santi at Marina Bay Sands.
Chef Tamara Chavez shares a similar passion for Latin American cuisine, enriched by her training at El Mercado under Chef Rafael Osterling in Peru, and her experience leading the kitchen at TONO Cevicheria and OLA Cocina Del Mar. Her journey also includes opening El Mero Mero, a pioneer of fine Mexican dining in Singapore.
