Anyone who’s ever craved a late-night K-food feast or an early-morning shot of soju is in luck—there’s now a 24-hour Korean dining destination right in the heart of the city. Hansik Dining Collective is an expansive concept bringing together four restaurants and two bars, all under one roof, to satisfy your Korean cravings at any hour.

An Ambitious Culinary Collective

Housed in a sprawling 9,200-square-foot conservation shophouse on Tras Street, Hansik Dining Collective is the latest brainchild from the people behind Singapore’s beloved Kko Kko Na Ra, one of the pioneers of Korean fried chicken here. But this time, they’re taking it up a notch by offering multiple dining experiences in one lively, all-encompassing space.

Non-Stop Dining on the First Floor

The ground floor is where the 24-hour magic happens, with three eateries catering to the late-night crowd. Go Gi Jip Premium Korean BBQ is a must-visit for meat lovers, specialising in stone-grilled Iberico and black pork. And if you’re a fan of seafood, their ganjang gejang (soy-marinated raw crab) makes for an indulgent side dish.

In the same space, you’ll find Halmae Gukbab, which focuses on hearty, comforting soups. The highlight here is Dak Gomtang, a soothing chicken soup that’s reminiscent of samgyetang but without the ginseng. It’s the perfect warm-up if you’re feeling the late-night chill or simply need a dose of comfort.

Completing the 24-hour offerings is Hanyang Bulgogi, which serves up Korean comfort classics like bibimbap, dombe gogi (steamed pork slices on a wooden cutting board), and marinated beef dishes. It’s the kind of hearty, satisfying food that works just as well as a late dinner or an early-morning meal after a night out.

More Upstairs for the Night Owls

While the first-floor restaurants run around the clock, the second floor adds more variety with two additional dining concepts and bars, closing nightly at 2am. These spots provide the perfect place to unwind with Korean-inspired cocktails or keep the party going a little longer. The vibe upstairs is electric and full of life, making it ideal for a fun night out.

A Unique Space for Every Occasion

The conservation shophouse adds a touch of charm and character to the whole setting, making it feel warm and inviting whether you’re there for a big group meal or flying solo. With its diverse lineup of dining and drinking options, it’s a place built for every kind of evening, from casual dinners to all-night hangouts.

Why It Stands Out

Hansik Dining Collective brings something truly new to Singapore’s food scene. It’s not every day you find a place offering authentic Korean cuisine around the clock. From BBQ and comforting soups to creative bar drinks, this collective has something for everyone, no matter the time of day.

So, whether you’re wrapping up a long night or just looking to indulge in some Korean comfort food at dawn, Hansik Dining Collective is ready when you are. It’s a place where the night doesn’t have to end—and neither does the good food.
