After making a name for itself in London, Las Vegas, Dubai, and Doha, SUSHISAMBA arrived in Singapore in July. This marks its first venture into the Asia-Pacific region, bringing its signature fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisines to local diners.
Occupying an impressive 12,000-square-foot space on the 52nd floor of Capital Tower, the restaurant promises more than just food. With its 360-degree views of the Singapore skyline, it’s an experience that aims to engage all the senses.
The menu here features SUSHISAMBA’s international favourites, including Peruvian seviches and the well-loved SAMBA Rolls. However, there are also dishes exclusive to the Singapore location, such as the SAMBA Chili Crab Roll and the SAMBA Singapore Roll, which add a local touch to the restaurant’s signature style.
Enhancing the dining experience is SUSHISAMBA’s specially curated beverage programme, which features an extensive list of cocktails and drinks designed to complement the bold, fusion flavours. The vibrant atmosphere is amplified by Samba dancers and lively beats, making it as much a destination for socialising as it is for dining.
Check out SUSHISAMBA Singapore at 168 Robinson Rd, Level 52 Capital Tower, Singapore 068912. It is open from Monday to Friday, 12-3 pm and 6 pm-1 am, and on Saturday from 12-3 pm and 6 pm-2 am. The restaurant is closed on Sundays. For reservations, contact +65 6550 2290.
